Anti-Doping Lab Qatar welcomed representatives from the Regulatory Authority for Charitable Activities (RACA) for a benchmarking visit focused on institutional culture and core values.
The visitors were introduced to ADLQ's mandate and toured the laboratory. ADLQ teams then presented the internal roadmaps, awareness campaigns and engagement initiatives used to embed Qatar's national government values across all departments.
The visit showed how a deliberate approach to organizational culture supports transparency and collaboration, and strengthened ties between the two institutions.
